If you listen for the chatter from the dugout, it's pretty constant. Pete even made a comment earlier this week about Grace Chavez and how she was keeping the team fired up despite not playing.

You don't see a lot of the silliness that some teams do - like emptying the dugout after a homerun or throwing the ball around the horn after a strikeout (we would have been there for hours if we did that today).

The expect to perform at a high level and they hold themselves to that standard.
